In our warm, comfortable, Victorian house you can be a naturist all year round 24 hours a day.
Our friendly bar is a welcoming hub all year, offering a wide range of drinks at club prices. It hosts many informal gatherings. Just relax with friends in the bar, in our large sunny conservatory overlooking the garden – or on our patio, where you can also cook up a barbecue on our outdoor ranges..
Stay all day and use our well-equipped members’ self-catering kitchen to prepare your meals. Tea, coffee, ice creams and pizzas are always available. Feeling lazy? There are local takeaways that deliver.
Members can stay the night at any time or after a party or for relaxing, good-value weekend or midweek breaks in one of the nine bedrooms. Facilities include a self-catering kitchen, snooker, table tennis, gym, children’s play room, library, bar and fast, free Wi-Fi indoors and out.
Our club’s history
In the early 1930s, societal attitudes were gradually shifting, and a group of like-minded individuals sought a private space to practice naturism—a lifestyle adopting social nudity in a non-sexualised setting. They discovered the Victorian house, nestled within a tranquil wooded valley near Caterham, which perfectly aligned with their vision
Throughout the mid-20th century, The White House naturist club expanded its facilities to accommodate a growing membership. With its commitment to providing a family-friendly environment, the club attracted members ranging from infants to nonagenarians, fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
In the latter half of the 20th century, the club embraced a more relaxed and informal atmosphere. Traditional formal dining events gave way to casual gatherings such as naked discos and live music performances, reflecting the changing interests of its members. This adaptability ensured the club remained relevant and appealing to newer generations interested in naturism.
The White House naturist club is affiliated to British Naturism, the UK’s national organization for naturists. This affiliation underscores the club’s commitment to promoting naturist values and provides members with access to a broader network of naturist events and communities across the country.
